The Inventory

The Inventory is the main document. This details the type, colour and condition of fixtures and fittings within the property.
The average 2 Bedroom property report will be around 40 pages and with over 100 images.

The Check-in

The Check-in service is in addition to the main inventory.
After we compile the inventory, you may wish us to "Check-in" the tenants, the day they move in.
Some Landlords wish to do this themselves as you can let the tenant know, how to work certain appliances, etc.

The Check-out

The Check-out is for the end of the tenancy. We arrive on the day of tenant moving out and then compare the move out condition to the original report.
This generates a report with any issues such as cleaning and damages.

The Inspection

The inspection is a mid-tenancy inspection. It gives the Landlord and agent a report as to how the tenants are looking after the property and any potential maintenance issues that might need to be addressed.
